About Precision Dental Laboratory

Why Precision Dental Laboratory?

It is important to select a dental laboratory that meets your needs. When a lab fails to meet delivery or error deadlines, it can damage the patient’s trust. Even cases that arrive on time and fit properly do not show off a dentist’s skills unless the finished restoration appears lifelike in the patient’s mouth.

For more than 30 years ago, Precision Dental Laboratory has delighted patients and practitioners with prosthetics that blend a “PRECISION” fit with a high level of creativity. The fact that we constantly produce at this level of quality is really not a secret. Simply said, it boils down to deploying the best resources, hiring highly qualified personnel, and paying close attention to every last detail.

At your convenience, I would be pleased to go over our business philosophy and our distinctive qualifications in greater detail with you. Do not hesitate to contact me if there is any way we can be of assistance. You can phone me at (302) 478-5608 or send an email to us using the easy form on this website’s contact us page.

Precision Dental Lab People

Precision Dental Laboratory has always sought out experienced technicians that are eager to broaden their knowledge of the latest materials and techniques. We retain these talented individuals by investing in their continuing education, and rewarding them for maintaining superior technical and artistic skills. For example, our ceramists have studied with industry experts such as Willie Geller, Pinhas Adar, Klaus Mutherthies, Richard Pavlak, Dr. Frank Spears and Dr. Edward McClaren.

Every member of the Precision Dental team understands the importance of continuous improvement and — most importantly — continuously exceeding client expectations.

Products

We offer a wide array of restoration materials and products, and our doctors are always up-to-date in the latest usage techniques. Precision Dental Laboratory has received certification for Ivoclar e.max products, and have extensive experience with 3i and Strauman and Nobel Biocare® ITI implant products. Photographs of our completed prosthetics are frequently used in presentations and lectures by our clients, and have been featured in articles published in “The Journal of the American Society for Dental Aesthetics”.

Quality Assurance

A superior laboratory can dramatically increase patient satisfaction and decrease time spent on chair-side adjustments. Precision Dental Laboratory employs a number of unique quality control measures, beginning with our production scheduling system and continuing through packing and delivery. We have found there are no shortcuts to achieving a precision fit. Our technicians employ microscopes to insure that contour, contacts and margins are always accurate.
